I'm pretty sure everybody here knows
I like the classics (without the numbers on the front)
in both white and blue..

I hate the new white ones,
the new blues look OK to me
but IMO are too dark
(may as well made them black)
I don't like the numbers on the front.

I do think that the red ones
(old third jerseys) were great
It was unfortunate the Chicogo
used the for years
before Buffalo adopted it

i picked dark Classic blue with yellow and white trim
and
Original white with blue and yellow trim

i am old school. we should stick to the older style. i would not mind to even update the original.
the slug sucks. its not the sabres.

What we have now (dark), I don't like our whites now.

I still like the vintage logo best. I could go with either vintage colours, or the new blue-gold colours.

I say we need to simplify the poll a bit and totally dismiss the idea of red and black ever being a part of Buffalo Sabre culture again...

Vintage Royal blue home and away jersey or the current dark blue home and away styles. Two choices. Easier to unify the fans once we sort it all out.

It really sucks that a stupid slug logo is splitting the fans, instead of everyone being excited about our new uni's with our original logo, which would of made twice as much as a forcefed slug.

The Red and Black was not bad at all. It just had nothing to do with "sabres" I still like those jerseys.

The vintage stuff. It's so simple that it looks good. Just a few stripes, no whacky twists and turns.

It's just hard for me to believe

and fan's that hated it, are now saying " I'm getting used to it "

Okay; then send your kid to school in homemade, croche'd pants then. If you don't have kids, dress that way yourself. It's about you/them as a person; not how they look!

You have to go with the classic. Right now I would even take the red, silver, black and white ones over these slug logo uniforms that they have right now. I mean if its not broke don't fix it. Am I right? Also I could see the Buffalos head that was mentioned here in this post being put on the classic uniform instead of the white Buffaly but still keep the two sabres underneath the Buffalos Head.

I say we ditch the slug, I don't like it at all. I like the vintage jersey with the sabres on the front crossed and the buffalo in the middle.

I don't mind the red and black. But seriously please do something about the slug.

I say they hold a contest and let the fans either vote on a new logo or vintage logo, or they could hold a fan art contest and allow fans to submit their art work for logo consideration.

Well, I deffineatly loathe the new sabres Jersey design I haven't met too many people that truly like it.

The old skool Blue & Gold is deffineatly the better choice and there was absolutly no reason to change it except for the fact that it would bring in revinue through sales of people ( for whatever reason ) wanting to wear the new most up to date design.

But i have to say. I'm a huge fan of the old red 3rd Jersey. Don't know why it appeals so to me but I like it.

I think it's safe to say that most of us do not like the new Jerseys but as stated in previous posts before mine and as will be stated in later i'm sure; Although the new Jerseys are absolutly hidious and i am ashamed to see my team have to wear them, It's not their fault. And it is our players who make the goals and the saves of the game. So for the second year we will watch our sabres fight to the top to claim what is rightfully ours in these new Jerseys. Our uniforms may be ugly but our game is glorious.

I like the new colors! The darker blue is great!

What I HATE is that Reebok taliored them like a men's dress shirt! That material sucks too! Go back to CCM!!!!

Next seasons third jersey should be a NEW design!!!

The use of the 3rd Jersey [ red with black and white with silver trim ] looks mean looking and a respected type Jersey throughout the NHL . I am in favor of this type of Jersey to be their every games use now on . The present Jersey looks too weak or silly looking for anyone to wear . I will not buy it !! Today; Is not the past of the sabres; but the future of respect and to be notice throughout the NHL with this Jersey of red with black and white with silver trim . The yellow buffalo jersey needs to be changed .
