Full Version: Jersey Lettering

so i bought a blank throwback, in hopes of getting it lettered, but i'm not a big fan of the $70 fee and several week turnaround time that i'd get from al-ross, so i'm wondering if anybody has any suggestions as to the best place (in terms of cash, quality, and turnaround) to get my jersey ready for next season.

PM'd you...

And turnaround if you live locally should only be MAYBE a couple days.

Go to the sabres store. Thats where I have gotten all my jerseys lettered. Best service for me fast turnaround (2-3 wks usually) I think its around $55, I would never go to Al-Ross since they are so expensive and take so long.

I agree, go with the Sabres store. I recently sent in an authentic white vintage to be customized as a Winter Classic Jersey. I now live in Kansas and it was 10 days from when i took it to the post office here to when it was back on my doorstep. Their quality is amazing, the price is unbeatable and you can rest assured it will be done correctly.

DO NOT GO TO ICEJERSEYS.COM!!! That place is horrible. They advertise that they do everything to the EXACT specs but from my experience that couldn't be further from the truth. I sent them a blue vintage last year and had to send it back 4 times because they used the wrong font and wrong sized lettering everytime. They wanted me to send it back a 5th time but i just told them to send me my money back. I could understand making a mistake one time but 4 times is inexcusable in my opinion. I had an authentic 1980's Oilers customized by them a few years back and never noticed until someone at the rink pointed it out, but they also used the incorrect font on that jersey too.

Save yourself the hastle and go to the Sabres store. You know it will be done right, will get done super fast, and their price is unbeatable.
