I want to make double certain that I catch the games we aren't wearing the loathesome slug. Anyone know if there will be a list of games they'll be wearing the new unis?

Just read that the Sabres new Jerseys are not yet in production so they won't be available until sometime in November?? WTF! How can they be so dumb as to not have them ready for sale the minute they are unveiled? What idiots!

I wonder if it's going to be like 06-07 when you'd order a jersey and it would take 5 months for it to come.

The jerseys aren't actually being used until the game on Nov. 26th against Boston, and they won't actually finally be available to the public until Dec. 2.

Looks like everyone is waiting until November and December, except the 'Canes who had theirs available yesterday.

I pre-ordered mine at the store yesterday. Probably wont get it until December.

I am gonna guess you won't get it till March or April, maybe even May.

I remember a friend of mine ordered a Biron slug jersey when they first came out...by the time she got it Biron had already been traded.

My wife ordered one in October of 2006. She was told that it was going to ship before Halloween which turned into Thanksgiving which turned into Christmas. Mid December she canceled the order. In the early part of February I happened to go to the store one monday morning before work and saw that they had the Home Blue Slug Jersey and the ship date said 2-5 bus days. I ordered it, along with customized name and numbers and had it one week later.

A friend of mine back in Amherst who still was on "backorder" from October still had yet to receive his jersey with a real players name and number on it. He had to call and pitch a fit that I had gotten my jersey so fast, plus it had MY name on it, not a stock pro player's.

I really want to get one of these Third alts, but I also want to try on the Authentic RBK EDGE jersey to see which size I'm going to be most comfortable in. So that puts pre-order out of the question for me. Plus I don't trust that RBK is going to fulfill all of these pre-orders before Christmas.

You would think that RBK would have all of their manufacturing plants going at 110% capacity just making the base jerseys throughout the whole summer as to have a good supply going into an unveiling such as this.

But then again there is a reason that RBK is #2 in the sports apparel world......
